odkupi. In se je. Chinawoman je publiko nagradila z bisom. In iskrenim nasmeško na obrazu.
Chinawoman alias Michelle Gurevich is a Canadian musician with Russian roots. She is daughter of Kirev ballerina and engineer from Leningrad. Her music flirts with Russian dark and tragicomic but melody-driven music, it evokes images of Soviet Ballrooms of the 70s and 80s. She’s been compared to Leonard Cohen, Nico, Marc Almond and Angelo Badalamenti. Both her albums were produced and recorded in her bedroom. Not so long time ago she came up with her new song. On a stage with Robin Thomson and Diego Ferri she made a fantastic show in Ljubljana on Friday. Two years ago when she performed in Gala Hala, public was too loud and it was nearly impossible to enjoy the concert. Now Slovenian public was given another chance. This time listeners at Kino Šiška venue behaved like true fans should. Chinawoman got back on a stage and rewarded public with another song and big smile on her face.
